  • The program offers 4 tests at a heavily discounted rate :
    1. Colonoscopy
    2. Upper Endoscopy
    3. Cologuard (DNA Test)
    4. FIT Tests (Stool Test)
  • Interest Free Payment Plan Options are available for patients unable to afford a test.
  • Screenings are provided completely free of charge in certain regions where funding is available.
  • Support and help is provided for patients diagnosed with colon cancer.

2) ColonoscopyAssist.
Please read the differences between the plans below to determine which plan is beneficial for you.

CareCredit Plan

CareCredit is recommended for patients with an average or above average credit score. You are able to finance 100% of your procedure cost without paying anything upfront.
With CareCredit you can choose between the following plans
(Dollar amounts below assume a loan amount of $1075):

1) 6 month interest free ($0 down, $179/month)
2) 24 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $52/month)
3) 36 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $37/month)
4) 48 month interest bearing @ 14.9% APR ($0 down, $30/month)

ColonoscopyAssist Plan

A ColonoscopyAssist Payment Plan is recommended for patients that would not qualify for a CareCredit plan. The plan requires 50% to be paid upfront with the balance to be paid over 3 months. ColonoscopyAssist has a convenient eligibility calculator that will allow you to determine if you qualify instantly.
