Nominations for 2019 Community Service Awards Now Open!
This year, we are giving out Community Service Awards to celebrate the wonderful physicians that voluntarily collaborate with the ColonoscopyAssist program.
Physicians that receive this award have shown exceptional compassion and patient care throughout 2019 to ColonoscopyAssist patients. If you feel as though your physician met this criteria during your time under their care, now is your chance to tell us!
